摘要
对公共图书馆数字参考咨询服务展开研究,分析了在公共图书馆数字参考咨询服务中引进众包模式的意义,并对公共图书馆数字参考咨询众包服务模式的构建进行了详细的介绍,提出了相应的对策措施,旨在为公共图书馆相关工作的开展提供参考。
This paper focuses on researching the public libraries＇ digital reference service, analyzes the significance of introducing crowdsourcing model in digital reference service in the public libraries and introduces the construction of the digital reference service＇ s crowdsourcing model in detail, puts forward corresponding countermeasures to pro- vide reference for the public libraries to carry out the related work.
