摘要
习近平同志关于教育工作的重要论述蕴含着深刻的教育理论,是中国特色社会主义教育理论的重大创新成果,体现了以习近平同志为核心的党中央对当代中国教育发展的规律性认识和把握,是指导新时期师范院校教师教育工作的纲领性文献。在教师教育转型发展的背景下,必须要深入贯彻落实习近平关于教育尤其是教师教育的系列重要讲话精神,坚持教师教育特色发展战略,坚持服务基础教育办学方向,全面深化教师教育综合改革,着力推进"四有"好教师培养,全面加强教师教育体系建设,积极推进社会主义文化自信建设,做强做精教师教育,着力培养大批党和人民满意的好教师,引领和服务基础教育改革发展。
President Xi Jinping＇s exposition on education of profound educational theory is a major innovation in the education theory with Chinese characteristics,an embodiment of the fundamental and refined theoretical thinkingstowards education of the Party Central Committee with Xi at its core; the speech also provides a programmatic document for normal colleges of teachers education work in the new period. Against the backdrop of the transformation of teachers education,we shall thoroughly implement the spirit of Xi＇s speech on education especially on teachers education; we shall adhere to the characteristic strategy of development on teachers education as well as serving the basic education; we shall deepen the comprehensive reform of teachers education,promote the training of good teachers,fully intensify the construction of teachers ＇education system,actively impel the construction of socialist cultural confidence,and strongthen and perfect teacher education in order to cultivate a large number of good teachers that satisfy the requirements of the Party and the people,and to lead and serve the development of the basic education reform.
