摘要
为探究短期封育对呼伦贝尔草甸草原植物种间联结的影响,运用方差比率法、基于2×2列联表的χ2检验对呼伦贝尔草甸草原群落进行总体联结性和种对间联结性检验,同时利用Ochiai指数和共同出现百分率(PC)测定各种对间的联结程度。结果表明:围栏内植物群落总体呈不显著负联结,围栏外植物群落总体呈不显著正联结;χ2检验发现围栏内正联结与负联结比例低于围栏外,围栏内植物群落并未稳定;围栏内外植物群落Ochiai指数和共同出现百分率(PC)趋势一致;围栏内Ochiai指数和共同出现百分率(PC)最大值均出现在糙隐子草(Cleistogenes squarrosa)和羊草(Leymus chinensis),糙隐子草和硬质早熟禾(Poa sphondylodes),羊草和硬质早熟禾;围栏内优势种优势地位明显,优势种Ochiai指数和共同出现百分率(PC)均大于围栏外优势种。
The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of short-term enclosure on community interspecific relationships in Hunlunbeir meadow steppe.17 species were selected according to the important values in each plot,the overall association was analyzed using variance ratio.Theχ^2 test with 2×2contingency table,Ochiai index and PC were applied to analyze the inter-specific associations of dominant and companion species.The results indicated that the community was insignificantly negative correlation inside enclosure,the community was insignificantly positive correlation outside enclosure.Theχ^2 test showed that the proportion of positive and negative correlation in the inside enclosure was lower than the outside enclosure,and the community was not stable inside enclosure.The Ochiai index was consistent with the PC trend in the inside enclosure and outside enclosure.The maximum value of Ochiai index and PC appeared in the Cleistogenes squarrosa and Leymus chinensis,C.squarrosa and Poa sphondylodes,L.chinensis and P.sphondylodes.The advantage of dominant species was obvious inside enclosure.The Ochiai index and PC of dominant species inside enclosure was larger than outside enclosure.
