摘要
对M型、二维超声心动图、左心腔声学造影及四维超声心动图技术从成像原理、应用优点和局限性等方面进行对比分析,发现M型、二维超声心动图技术均是建立在心室腔几何学假设的基础上,对于疾病引起的左室形态重构测量结果准确率明显降低,左心腔声学造影需建立静脉通道,个别患者会出现过敏反应。而四维超声心动图可以得出真实的左室形状,能够更准确定量左室容量、评价左室整体及局部心功能。
The paper made a comparative analysis of M-mode, two-dimensional echocardiography, left ventricular contrast and four dimensional ultrasound echocardiography from the imaging principle, advantages and limitations of the application. The techniques of the M-mode and two-dimensional echocardiogram are based on the hypothesis of the ventricular cavity geometry, thus has a low accuracy rate on the measurements of the left ventricular morphology modeling secondary to the disease developments. The technique of the LVO has limitations such as the need to establish venous channels, and the occasional severe allergic reactions by some hypersensitive individuals. The technique of the four-dimensional echocardiography has the ability of more accurately delineating the left ventricular contour, quantifying the left ventricular volume, and evaluating the systemic and regional left ventricular function.
