摘要
磷石膏晶须为白色纤维状晶体,力学性能优良,耐高温耐酸碱,无毒无害,在材料的增强改性及废水处理上具有良好的应用前景。本文介绍了磷石膏晶须制备的两种常用方法,即水热法与常压酸化法,指出了两种方法在磷石膏晶须制备上的优劣势,并结合湿法磷酸工艺的特点,介绍了以磷酸或盐酸代替硫酸分解磷矿制备纯度高的石膏晶须的工艺,与此同时探讨了磷石膏晶须在造纸、沥青改性和水处理上的应用,最后给出了工业化大规模生产磷石膏晶须的建议。
Gypsum whisker is white fibrous crystal with characteristics as follows: excellent mechanical property, high temperature, acid and alkali resistance, non-toxic and harmless. Owing to the above advantages, gypsum whisker has a good prospect in the enhancement and modification of materials and the treatment of industrial wastewater. Two common methods of preparing gypsum whisker were introduced, hydrothermal method and atmospheric acidification method. The advantages and disadvantages of above methods were pointed out. Moreover, combining the characteristics of wet process phosphoric acid process, the process of preparing gypsum whisker with high purity and whiteness by decomposing phosphate rock with phosphoric acid or hydrochloric acid instead of sulfuric acid was introduced. Meanwhile, applications of gypsum whisker in papermaking, asphalt modification and water treatment were discussed. Reasonable proposal for large-scale production of gypsum whiskers was given.
