单纯TURBt术及联合术前髂内动脉化疗栓塞术治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌的疗效及术后并发症分析被引量：2

摘要目的分析单纯经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBt)及联合术前髂内动脉化疗栓塞术治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌的疗效及术后并发症。方法选取我院收治的肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者50例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各25例,对照组单纯行TURBt术,观察组在行TURBt术前1周实施髂内动脉化疗栓塞术,对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间,比较两组肿瘤直径变化,并应用SF-36健康调查简表(SF-36)评价其生活质量,同时记录术后1年内生存率、并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间(61.66±1.30)min、住院时间(8.19±1.45)d较对照组短,而其术中出血量(50.24±2.09)m L低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤直径(1.59±0.36)cm较对照组明显缩小,观察组SF-36评分(120.47±1.44)分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组1年生存率96.0%高于对照组76.0%(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率12.0%低于对照组16.0%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者行TURBt术前联合髂内动脉化疗栓塞术可明显提高疗效,改善围术期指标,提高生存率,降低并发症,值得在临床推广应用。
