摘要
建立了一种同时快速测定土壤、水系沉积物中20种元素的方法。试样经过HNO3-HF-HCl O4分解处理后,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪进行测定。通过对3件国家标准物质(土壤ESS-2、GSS-12和沉积物GSS-27)进行测定,测定值与标准值基本一致。该方法简单快速、准确度高、精密度良好,能满足实验室大批量样品检测工作的需要。
In this study,we developed a method for quick and simultaneous determination of 20 elements in soil and water sediments.The samples were dissolved with HNO_3-HF-HClO_4,then detected by ICP-AES.Accuracy and precision of the proposed method were determined through detecting three standard reference materials（ soil ESS-2,soil GSS-12 and sediment GSS-27）. This method is simple and quick with high accuracy and precision,and can meet the requirements of mass detection in labs.
