摘要
分别采用常规热处理和氮气辅助热处理对制冷机械外壳材料进行了退火处理,并进行了材料的显微组织、耐磨损性能和阻尼性能的测试与分析。结果表明,与常规热处理相比,氮气辅助热处理显著改善了材料的耐磨损性能和阻尼性能;使材料的25℃和150℃磨损体积分别减小65%、77%,25℃阻尼性能增加84%;随着频率从0.2Hz提高到1.0Hz,材料的阻尼性能从84%降至35%。
The refrigeration machinery shell material was annealed by the methods of common heat treatment and nitrogen assisted heat treatment. And the microstrueture, wear resistance and damping property were tested and analyzed. The results show that compared with the common heat treatment, nitrogen assisted heat treatment improved significantly the wear resistance and damp- ing property of the material,which made the wear volume at the temperature of 25℃ and 150℃ decrease by 65% and 77% ,re- spectively, made the damping property at the temperature of 25 ℃ increase by 84%, and made the decline of damping performance decrease from 84% to 35%.
