我国农用无人机专利现状研究 被引量:7

Status research on application of agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle patent in China

摘要 无人机在农业领域的应用是精准现代化农业的重要表现和手段。通过国家知识产权局专利检索与分析系统,检索并分析研究我国农用无人机2012~2016年间专利申请量、申请人、类型等核心要素,总结目前该领域专利申请的现状及存在发明专利申请量偏少、科研院所发力不够、申请人专利布局意识不强等不足之处,提出相应合理化建议。 Appling unmanned aerial vehicle in agriculture is one of the representation and means of precise and modernized agriculture. According to the patent retrieval and analysis system of the State Intellectual Property Office, application amount, applicant, applica- tion type, and other key factors during 2012~2016, were searched and analyzed. Hence, the status and deficiencies of existing patent application were summarized, including application of invention patents is less, application from research institutes is not enough, and applicants are lack of patent distribution consciousness, and then, related and reasonable suggestions were proposed.
