摘要
目的评价何首乌中药制剂治疗高脂血症的有效性和安全性。方法通过计算机检索Medline、Pub Med、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)等数据库和手工查阅的方式查找资料,汇总统计何首乌中药制剂和他汀类药物治疗高脂血症的临床随机对照试验数据文献,采用Stata 14.0软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入随机对照研究14篇文献,包括1 252例病例。Meta分析结果显示:何首乌中药制剂降低高脂血症患者血清总胆固醇(TC)的效果显著,总体治疗有效率和他汀类药物对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.234,RR=1.087,95% CI区间为1.04~1.14)。结论何首乌中药制剂对高血脂症有一定的治疗效果,特别是降低胆固醇治疗的效果较确切,不良反应率方面与他汀类比较差异无统计学意义(1.1% vs 1.5%),临床需要在监测胃肠道和肝功能不良反应的前提下使用。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Polygonum Multiflorum medicament in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods Randomized controlled trials （RCT） data about the clinical efficacy of Polygonum Multiflorum medicament treating hyperlipidemia were collected by database retrieval and manual check,from Medline,PubMed,Wanfang data,VIP info,CNKI,Chinese biomedical literature （CBM） database,and so on.Stata 14.0 was applied for Meta-analysis.Results Fourteen studies involving 1 252 cases were included.Polygonum Multiflorum medicament showed remarkable effect on the serum total cholesterol （TC） which was similar to the effectiveness of statins;no statistical difference was found （P=0.234,RR=1.087,95%CI：1.04-1.14）.Conclusions Polygonum Multiflorum medicament for the treatment of hyperlipidemia is generally safe and effective,especially obvious in decreasing serum level of TC.The adverse reaction rate is not statistically different from statins （1.1% vs 1.5%）.It′s necessary to monitor clinically the gastrointestinal and hepatic adverse reactions of Polygonum Multiflorum medicament.
