摘要
目的:观察红蓝光照射联合青鹏软膏敷面对痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将176例患者随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组78例(1例失访,不纳入统计数据)口服克拉霉素缓释胶囊和外涂异维A酸红霉素凝胶。研究组98例(2例失访,不纳入统计数据)采用红光和蓝光交替照射,每次光照后配合青鹏软膏外敷。1个月后进行疗效评价。结果:对照组总有效率67.5%,研究组总有效率81.2%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蓝光交替照射联合青鹏软膏对痤疮的治疗效果较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of red - blue light irradiation combined with Qingpeng ointment on acne. Meth- od A total number of 176 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, The control group of 78 patients （ 1 case lost to follow- up, not included in statistical data） were orally given clarithromycin sustained -release capsules 50mg daily, external coated with Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel. The study group of 98 patients （2 cases lost to follow -up, not included in statistical data） were treated with red - blue light irradiation alternately, and with the external application of Qingpeng ointment every time after irradiation. The efficacy was evaluated after 1 month. Results The total effective rate was 81.2% in the study group and 67. 5% in the control group. The total effective rate in the study group was significantly different from that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of red light and blue light alternate irradiation combined with Qing Peng ointment on acne is better, and it is worthy of clinical application.
