摘要
建立离子色谱检测液体盐中硫酸根离子含量的方法,优化了淋洗液条件,并考察了基体物质进样浓度的影响。在最佳工作条件下,硫酸根的检出限为0.1 mg/L,在0.2 mg/L^30.0 mg/L浓度范围内具有良好线性关系,相关系数为0.999 84,加标回收率为99.8%~103.2%,相对标准偏差为0.75%。该方法有效避免了高浓度氯离子的干扰,提高了硫酸根的选择性,操作简单,响应迅速,具有高精确度和灵敏度,满足液体盐中微量硫酸根离子的检测要求。
An analytical method was developed for the determination of sulfate in liquid salt by ion chromatography. The eluent condition was optimized and the effect of substrate's concentration was studied. Under the optimum operation condition,the limit of detection for sulfate was0. 1 mg/L,the calibration curve showed good linearity in 0. 2 mg/L ~ 30. 0 mg/L,correlation coefficient was 0. 99984,the recovery rate was 99. 8% ~ 103. 2%,the correlation coefficient was 0. 75%.The method avoided the interference of high concentration chloride ion effectively and enhanced the selectivity of sulfate. The method has the advantage of simple operation,quick response,high sensitivity and precision,which could meet the detection requirement of trace sulfate ion in liquid salt.
