摘要
针对棚户区改造现状及存在问题,结合PPP模式的特点和优势,从理论、政策、技术三个方面对PPP模式应用于棚户区改造进行可行性分析;探讨了PPP模式应用于棚户区改造存在的阻碍因素,并根据现实条件给出了相应的应对措施;从而为PPP模式在棚户区改造中的健康有效应用提供参考。
Based on the status quo and major problems existing in Shantytowns Transformation,the paper discussed theories,policies,technologies feasibility of PPP model applied to Shantytowns Transformation combining characteristics and strengths;exploring obstructive factors of PPP model applied to Shantytowns Transformation; providing supporting measures according to realistic condition. The ultimate goal of offering supporting measures is to make a reference for healthy effective application of PPP model in Shantytowns Transformation.
