摘要
使用了一种6自由度串联关节型机器人,针对实际打印过程中的颜色失真的问题,深入剖析了三维打印机理,在机器人原型的基础上构建了一种立体喷涂的系统。文中3D喷墨打印基本材料是粉末和液体粘合剂,不同于常规彩色喷墨印刷,没有混色和油墨。通过研究3D打印中颜色失真的原因,开发了基于模型优化和图像补偿的新的多步骤补偿算法,输出适合于立体喷涂的模型。最后,表明了三维打印机器人平台的性能可靠性和提出算法的正确性。
A novel 6-axis series robot is presented in this paper,for the problem of color distortion in the actual printing process,the three-dimensional printing mechanism is deeply analyzed,and a three-dimensional spray system is built on the basis of the robot prototype.The basic materials of inkjet prints are powders and liquid binders,unlike conventional color inkjet printing,without color mixing and ink.By investigating the reason of color distortions in 3D printing,a novel multistep compensation algorithm based on model optimization and image compensation is developed in this paper.
