摘要
大连英那河灌区承担着4620hm^2的灌溉任务,灌溉用水量很大。随着国内灌区农业水价综合改革的推进,英那河灌区吸取国内试点灌区量水方面的经验和教训,积极开展实现田间灌溉精准计量相关的分析和研究,总结出适合自身量水改革的方案,以达到节水和收益的双重目标。
Yingna River irrigation area in DaLian undertakes irrigation project of 4620hm^2,irrigation water is very large.With the domestic irrigation area of agricultural water price reform,Yingna River irrigated area,draw the experiences and lessons of domestic pilot irrigation water,actively carry out field of precision irrigation measurement related analysis and research,summed up a suitable measure of water reform program,to achieve the dual goals of water saving and income.
