摘要
以长庆油田的钻试废液为研究对象,开发了一种以聚合铝铁为主剂、阳离子丙烯酰胺类共聚物为辅剂的复合絮凝剂,优化后的絮凝工艺条件为:药剂投加质量浓度400~600 mg/L,pH 7.4~8.2,温度20~35℃。该药剂在长庆油田某处理站进行了现场应用,出水水质完全达到长庆油田钻试废液回注企业标准。
Taking the drilling waste liquid of Changqing Oilfield as a research object,a kind of composite flocculant with poly-alumina iron as the main agent and cationic acrylamide multi-component as an adjuvant has been developed. The optimized flocculation conditions are as follows:the dosage of agent is 400-600 mg/L,pH 7.4- 8.2,and temperature 20-35 ℃. The agent has been applied to a treatment station in Changqing Oilfield,and the effluent water quality fully reaches the Changqing Oilfield drilling waste liquid reinjection standard.
