摘要
干旱对农业生产的危害日趋严重。选育抗旱作物品种是应对干旱的有效方法之一,因此抗旱作物资源的筛选对作物适应干旱环境具有重大意义。以田间种植的马铃薯无性二代群体210份为材料,利用20%的PEG-6000溶液胁迫离体叶片进行抗旱材料筛选,采用生理指标进行抗旱性评价,结合产量性状综合分析。初步筛选得到90份材料,用生理指标评价后得到14份在丙二醛(MDA)含量、电导率和相对含水量3项抗旱生理指标上表现好的材料,对这14份材料进行生理指标及产量性状的相关分析、主成分分析,综合评价出6份高产优质抗旱的马铃薯材料。该研究为马铃薯抗旱种质资源的筛选及评价提供了快速有效的方法。
Drought is becoming more and more serious to the agricultural production, and the drought resistant variety is one of the effective methods to deal with the drought in northeast region of China. In this experiment, field grown potato clones in two generation population of 210 as the materials, in vitro drought stress leaf material screening by 20% PEG-6000 solution, the physiological indexes of drought resistance evaluation, combined with the comprehensive analysis of yield traits were studied. We preliminary screened 90 materials, and obtained 14 materials with better performance in MDA content, conductivity, and relative water content through physiological indexes evaluation. Six high quality drought-resistance potato materials were recommended through the comprehensive evaluation using correlation analysis, physiological indexes yield traits evaluation and the main components analysis. This study provided a rapid and effective method for screening and evaluation for drought resistance potato germplasm resources.
