摘要
在GB 4278-2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》全面实施后,对印染废水提出更高出水要求,尤其是高浓度印染废水。嘉兴某印染企业对1 500 m^3/d高浓度印染废水处理工艺进行升级改造为"水解酸化+AO处理+混凝沉淀"工艺。结果表明,一年来系统运行稳定,出水COD_(Cr)<200 mg/L,BOD_5<50 mg/L,SS<100mg/L,色度<80 mg/L,达到GB 4278-2012的间接排放标准,改造后高浓度印染废水运行费用为1.12元/m^3,日运行费用为1 680元,年运行费用50.40万元。
Abstract After GB 4278-2012 "Textile dyeing and finishing industrial water pollutant discharge standards" was in full implementation, higher drainage standard for waste water was required, especially high concentration printing and dyeing waste water. The waste water treatment process of 1 500 m^3/d high concentrations of printing and dyeing waste- water was upgraded and transformed to hydrolytic acidification + AO treatment + coagulation sedimentation by a printing and dyeing enterprise in Jiaxing. The results showed that the system operated stably in one year, the quality of effluent was CODor 〈 200 mg/L, BOD5 〈 50 mg/L, SS 〈100 rag/L, chroma 〈 80 mg/L, and it reached the indirect discharging standard. The operation cost for printing and dyeing wastewater after transformation was 1.12 RMB/m^3, the day running cost was 1 680 RMB, annual operating cost was 504 000 RMB.
