急性脑梗死患者血清亲环素A、单核细胞趋化蛋白1水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究 被引量:15

Relationship between serum cyclophilin A,monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 and Carotid atherosclerosis in acute cerebral infarction patients

摘要 目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血清中亲环素A(CyPA)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法:收集2011年7月~2015年8月间在本院进行住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者106例作为观察组,另取同期在本院进行体检的健康人50例作为正常对照组。测定两组研究对象的血清CyPA、MCP-1含量,根据观察组CyPA、MCP-1含量中位数进一步将其分为高CyPA组、低CyPA组各53例,高MCP-1组、低MCP-1组各53例。对比不同CyPA、MCP-1含量的急性脑梗死患者的脂质代谢指标、颈动脉粥样硬化病情相关指标含量的差异。结果:观察组血清中CyPA、MCP-1的含量均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。高CyPA组、高MCP-1组血清中总胆固醇(TC)、脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量分别高于低CyPA组、低MCP-1组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量分别低于低CyPA组、低MCP-1组(P<0.05)。高CyPA组、高MCP-1组血清中胱抑素C(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、尿酸(UA)含量高于低CyPA组、低MCP-1组(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死患者血清中CyPA、MCP-1的含量高于正常人群,且CyPA、MCP-1含量与患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度呈正相关。 Objective:To study the relationship between serum cyclophilin A(CyPA),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and Carotid atherosclerosis in acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods:A total of 106 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospitals during July 2011 to August 2015 were selected as observation group,and 50 cases of healthy persons at the same period in our hospital were selected as normal control group.The serum levels of CyPA and MCP-1in two groups were determined.According to the median of CyPA and MCP-1in observation group,the patients were divided into high CyPA group and low CyPA group,high MCP-1group and low MCP-1group,each group was formed by 53 cases.Comparison serum contents of lipid metabolism index,carotid atherosclerosis disease related indicators acute cerebral infarction patients with different CyPA,MCP-1.Results:Serum contents of CyPA and MCP-1in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05).The contents of TC,LP(a)and LDL-C in high CyPA group and high MCP-1group were higher than those in low CyPA group and low MCP-1group,and the content of HDL-C was lower than that in low CyPA group and low MCP-1group(P〈0.05).Serum contents of CysC,Hcy and UA in high CyPA group and high MCP-1group were higher than those in low CyPA group and low MCP-1group(P〈0.05).Conclusions:Serum contents of CyPA and MCP-1in acute cerebral infarction patients were higher than those in normal population,and the levels of CyPA and MCP-1were positively correlated with the degree of carotid atherosclerosis.
