摘要
目的比较地佐辛与芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产麻醉的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2014年2月—2015年1月收治的60例无痛人工流产患者分为3组,A组丙泊酚麻醉(19例),B组予以地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉(19例),C组芬太尼联合丙泊酚(22例),并观察3组患者的清醒时间、手术时间、注射部位疼痛率、体动发生率、苏醒时VAS评分、SPO_2<90%发生率及丙泊酚总使用量。结果 3组无痛人工流产患者的清醒时间及手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其A组患者的注射部位疼痛发生率为89.47%,体动发生率为47.37%、苏醒时VAS评分为(4.28±1.43)分、丙泊酚总用量为(165.45±31.48)mg,均较B、C2组,B组患者的SPO_2<90%率为10.53%,较A、C组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛与芬太尼复合丙泊酚的效果较单独予以丙泊酚麻醉的效果更为显著。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of dezocine and fentanyl and propofol in treatment of painless artificial abortion anesthesia. Methods 60 cases of patients with painless artificial abortion admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2015 were convenient selected and divided into three groups, the group A with 19 cases adopted the propofol for anesthesia, the group B with 19 cases adopted the dezocine and propofol for anesthesia and the group C with 22 cases adopted the fentanyl and propofol for anesthesia, and the awakening time, operation time, injection site pain rate, incidence rate of movement, VAS score at waking up, incidence rate of SPO2 〈90% and total dose of propofol of the three groups were observed. Results There were no obvious differences in the awakening time and operation time between the three groups（P〉0.05）, and the incidence rates of injection site pains and movement, VAS score at waking up and total dose of propofol in the group A were respectively 89.47%, 47.37%,（4.28±1.43）points（165.45±31.48）mg, and the differences between the group A and group B and group C2 was obvious, and the SPO2 〈90% rate in the group B was 10.53%,and the difference between group A, group B and group C was obvious（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The anesthesia effect of dezocine and fentanyl and propofol in treatment of painless artificial abortion is more obvious than that of single propofol.
