摘要
爪型干式真空泵的传动轴轴头外伸部分通过泵盖处的动密封很重要,该处密封性的好坏直接决定整个泵的密封性能。现有的爪型干式真空泵基本上都是采用垫片密封、填料密封、机械密封、骨架密封或活塞环复合密封,这些密封方式都属于接触式密封,密封件在泵腔内摩擦容易损坏,密封件需要定期更换,严重影响真空泵工作效率,也造成资源浪费。针对这些问题,提出了将磁流体密封技术应用在爪型干式真空泵上,成功地解决了现有爪型干式真空泵的密封问题,使其在满足工作要求的情况下大大地延长了使用年限。
A novel type of magnetic fluid seal was developed for claw type dry vacuum pump by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental evaluation. The original work mainly included the designand fabrication of the pole shoe,permanent magnet,permeability collar and magnetic separation set. The claw type vacuum pump with the new prototyped magnetic fluid seal was tested with the lab-built leak detection platform. The measured results show that the newly-developed magnetic fluid seal outperforms all the conventional contact sealing schemes,such as the gasket seal,packing seal,mechanical seal,frame seal and composite piston ring seal,because of the many advantages,including but not limited to environmental friendliness,negligible friction,easy or little maintenance,lower energy consumption,capable of working at high rotation speed,higher sealing efficiency and longer service life time.
