摘要
从震荡时间、pH值、重金属初始质量浓度、共存离子对Pb^(2+)吸附影响等方面探讨了金针菇废弃物对Pb^(2+)的吸附性能。结果表明:金针菇对Pb^(2+)的平衡吸附时间为60 min,最佳pH值吸附范围是5~7。在低初始质量浓度范围内(10~60 mg/L),金针菇对Pb^(2+)的吸附率随着初始Pb^(2+)质量浓度增加而降低;在高质量浓度范围内(60~100 mg/L),金针菇对Pb^(2+)的吸附率随着Pb^(2+)初始质量浓度的增加反而增加;Cd^(2+)的存在显著促进了Pb^(2+)的吸附,而Cu^(2+)的存在对Pb^(2+)的吸附无显著影响。动力学实验表明:金针菇废弃物对Pb^(2+)的吸附符合伪二级动力学方程,相关系数R2为0.957 8。Langmuir方程能够很好地描述金针菇对Pb^(2+)的吸附热力学过程(R2=0.966 1),理论吸附容量为13.61 mg/g。扫描电镜显示,金针菇吸附Pb^(2+)后细胞壁增厚,且有少量结晶出现。
The adsorption properties of Flammulina velutipes residue in aqueous solution were studied from the effects of contact time,initial Pb^2+ concentrations,pH values and co-existing metal ion on the adsorption of Pb^2+. The results showed that the equilibrium time for Pb^2+ removal was 60 min and the suitable pH rang was 5 - 7. The adsorption ratio decreased with the increase of the initial Pb^2+ within the range of 10 - 60 mg/L,while the adsorption ratio increased with the increase of the initial Pb^2+ within the range of 60 - 100 mg/L. The co-existing Cd^2+ had a significant positive effect on the Pb^2+adsorption,while Cu^2+ had no significant effect on Pb^2+ adsorption. The pseudo-second-order model fitted Pb^2+ adsorption kinetics well with R-2 0.957 8. Langmuir model well described Flammulina velutipes Pb^2+ adsorption isotherm process with R^2 0.966 1,and the theoretical maximum adsorption quantity was13. 61 mg/g. The cell wall of Flammulina velutipes got thicker and formed deposition or crystal on cell wall after Pb^2+ adsorption,observed by scanning electron microscope.
