摘要
白居易《钱唐湖石记》以纪实性的文字记录了他在穆宗长庆四年杭州刺史任上(穆宗长庆二年至长庆四年)对于西湖的治理,这在工程史料极度缺乏的唐代显得弥足珍贵。本文通过《记》文与唐代令式的比较,对唐代用水原则、管理体系等有所揭示,进而延伸至宋以降,以期揭示水资源管控中的制度延续与变化。
Qian Tang Hu prefect of Hangzho Shi Ji by Bai Juyi recorded the governance of West Lake during his time as u （822-824） in 824,which was precious in Tang Dynasty of extreme lack of project historical data.This research reveals the principle of water use and management system in Tang Dynasty by a comparison of Qian Tang Hu Shi Ji and Ling and Shi, and then extends to Song Dynasty and later in order to reveal the continuity and change of system in water resources management.
