ICU机械通气性鲍曼氏不动杆菌感染的同源性分析

摘要 目的:了解鲍曼氏不动杆菌引起机械通气性肺炎主要克隆株及流行状况。方法:运用随机引物扩增PCR(RAPD)技术对32株鲍曼氏不动杆菌进行指纹图谱与聚类分析。结果:32株鲍曼氏不动杆菌经RAPD分为5个基因型,Ⅰ至Ⅴ型分别占16株、1株、2株、4株和9株。结论:鲍曼氏不动杆菌在医院内存在克隆传播,Ⅰ型与Ⅴ型鲍曼氏不动杆菌是我院ICU病房机械通气性肺炎的主要基因型,临床应加强对这2型鲍曼氏不动杆菌的监控,以防止院内感染与爆发流行。 Objective To know the main genotypes of Acinetobacter baumannii in mechanical ventilated pneumonia in ICU wards.Methods RAPD-PCR and clustering analysis were used to the fingerprinting of 32 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii.Results 32 clinical strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were divided into 5 types by RAPD,typeⅠ-Ⅴ were 16,1,2,4 and 9 strains respectively.ConclusionⅠandⅤtype of Acinetobacter baumannii are the major genotypes in mechanical ventilation pneumonia in ICU wards,we should strengthen the monitor of these two types in order to prevent nosocomial infection and outbreak.
