摘要
酿饲兼用高粱是目前我国高粱生产中急需的特色类型。西北旱作区酿饲兼用高粱育种上存在育种技术滞后、育种目标不清晰、遗传基础狭窄、种质资源缺乏创新、对酿造性状与饲用性状重视不够、品种没有跟上种植推广区域变化的需求等问题。为此,提出了生物产量高、籽粒酿造性状和秸秆饲用价值兼顾、适应范围广、抗逆性强的育种目标和重视酿饲兼用高粱品种选育工作、调整育种目标、加强种质资源研究创新利用、开展胁迫环境条件下的品种选育、利用现代分子生物学技术有目的的改良酿饲兼用高粱的主要农艺性状以及加强育种单位间协作的育种策略,以期为推进酿饲兼用高粱品种的培育进程提供参考。
Brewing-forage sorghum variety [Sorghum bicolor（L. ）M^oench] is an urgent need type of sorghum production in China. There are some problems, such as breeding technology back wardness,lacking clear breeding objectives, narrow genetic basis of germplasm resources,less innovation, lacking the dual purpose varieties, and paying inadequate attention on breeding and production of brewing-forage back wardness variety in northwest dry farming areas. This paper put forward the breeding objectives and strategy. The breeding objectives were high yield ,good grain brewing traits ,good straw feeding value,wide adaptation and strong stress resistance. The breeding strategy is to pay more attention to the breeding and application on brewing-forage sorghum variety,including adjusting breeding objectives, strengthening the collection and innovation of germplasm resource ,breeding under the stress conditions,using modern biological technology to improve the forage quality without losing traditional brewing agronomic traits ,and strengthening the cooperation among different related organizations in this areas.
