摘要
【目的】为"互联网+"战略在我国高校学术期刊的实施提供理论支持,指明发展方向。【方法】针对目前我国高校学术期刊存在的问题,以"互联网+"思维视角审视期刊功能,展开调研和分析,探索构建高校学术期刊学术空间的思维要素和选择途径。【结果】以用户导向、开放有序、公平公正、互动融合、协作分享的"互联网+"思维,全面提升期刊的平台内容、用户服务、学术经营、传播渠道等,构建高校学术期刊科学信息协同共享的全生态学术空间。【结论】"互联网+"下新型的学术空间以便捷、开放、共享的传播方式促进了学术信息的流动和与受众的互动,有助于高校学术期刊承载学术研究、交流与传播服务的神圣使命。
[Purposes] This study aims to provide theoretical support and guidance for implementing the Internet plus strategy on university academic journals. [Methods] In viewof the existing problems of university academic journals in China,we examined and analyzed the functions of journals from the perspective of Internet plus,and explored the thinking elements and pathways to establish academic space for university academic journals.[Findings] The thinking of Internet plus,such as user-orientation,openness and orderliness,fairness and equitability,interactive integration,collaborative sharing,is applied to enhancing the platform content,user service,academic management and communication channels of university academic journals. The ecological academic space with scientific information collaboration is constructed. [Conclusions] The newacademic space in the viewof Internet plus promotes the flowof academic information and the interaction with the audience by means of convenient,open,shared communication,helping university academic journals to complete the sacred mission of academic research,communication and dissemination.
