摘要
目的探讨视网膜脱离行玻璃体切割术患者的围术期护理方法和效果。方法将我院收治的100例行玻璃体切割术的视网膜脱离患者随机分为对照组与研究组,各50例,分别实施常规护理与围术期综合护理,比较两种护理方法对患者术前情绪状态、睡眠质量、术后并发症及护理满意度的影响。结果研究组术前情绪状态及睡眠质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期综合护理在行玻璃体切割术患者中的应用价值较高,值得临床应用。
Objective To discuss the method and effect of perioperative nursing care in patients undergoing vitrectomy for ablatio retinae. Methods One hundred cases of patients undergoing vitrectomy for ablatio retinae in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received conventional nursing and the study group accepted periopcrative comprehensive nursing. The effects of two nusing methods on preoperative emotional state, sleep quality, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results The preoperative emotional state and sleep quality of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing applied in patients undergoing vitrectomy for ablatio retinae has high application value, which is worthy of application.
