摘要
目的比较胃肠道肿瘤采用CT增强薄层扫描检查和CT普通扫描检查的诊断结果。方法收集我院2014年3月至2016年3月疑似胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者139例,对其采用CT增强薄层扫描检查和CT普通扫描检查,观察比较两种检查方式的诊断符合率。结果 139例疑似胃肠道肿瘤患者中,经病理确诊为102例,CT增强薄层扫描的符合率为93.14%,高于CT普通扫描的82.35%(P<0.05);CT增强扫描周围组织浸润和淋巴结转移时的符合率明显高于CT普通扫描,且CT增强薄层扫描在T1、T2、T3、T4期以及在N1、N2、N3期的诊断符合率均高于CT普通扫描,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种检查方式在N0期的诊断符合率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 CT增强薄层扫描诊断胃肠道肿瘤,准确性较高,可有效判定肿瘤分期,且可对良性肿瘤与恶性肿瘤进行鉴别诊断,临床使用价值较高。
Objective To compare the results of CT enhanced diagnostic and CT ordinary imaging in the gastrointestinal tumor. Methods One hundred and thirty-nine cases of suspected gastrointestinal cancer patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected. All the patients were examined by CT enhanced diagnostic and CT ordinary imaging. The coincidence rates of diagnosis were compared between the two kinds of examination methods. Results In 139 cases of suspected gastrointestinal cancer patients, there were 102 cases with pathological diagnosis. The coincidence rate of the CT enhanced diagnostic was 93.14%, which was higher than 82.35% of the CT ordinary imaging, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The coincidence rate of the CT enhanced diagnostic in the surrounding tissue invasion and lymph node metastasis was higher than the CT ordinary imaging, and the coincidence rates of the CT enhanced diagnostic in T1, T2, T3, T4 and N1, N2, N3 were higher than the CT ordinary imaging, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in N0 between the two kinds of examination methods （P〉0.05）. Conclusion CT enhanced diagnostic in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumors has the accuracy of the results, which can effectively determine the staging of the tumor, and can be used for differential diagnosis of benign tumors and malignant tumors. The clinical value is higher.
