摘要
简要介绍针对高炉热风炉支管波纹补偿器出现的腐蚀、开裂等故障,开展的适应性优化改型工作。通过改变材质提高补偿器抗腐蚀性能,改变波纹位置和数量减小系统应力消除频繁开焊跑风隐患,修复后的补偿器各种性能指标能达到原设计要求,延长使用寿命,满足生产需要,为修复补偿器提供了可借鉴的经验。
