摘要
通过对城市地铁施工项目绩效管理现状的研究,发现其绩效管理过程中存在的问题,并根据其问题及其原因寻找对策。提出了树立科学绩效管理观念,完善绩效管理的指标体系,改进考评工作,加强沟通及反馈工作力度,推行地铁施工项目的"绩效文化",建立完善的绩效管理信息系统等对策建议。
Through the research on the current situation of the performance management of the urban subway construction project, the problems in the process of performance management are found, and the countermeasures are found according to the problems and the reasons.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to establish the scientific performance management concept, improve the performance management index system, improve the evaluation work, strengthen the communication and feedback efforts, implement the "performance culture" of the subway construction proiect and establish the perfect performance management information system.
