摘要
分布式电源具有灵活性高、成本和损耗低、节能环保等优点,但是大量分布式电源接入配电网对短路电流和继电保护有诸多影响,可能造成配电网继电保护和安全自动装置误动或拒动。文章在研究分布式电源对配电网短路电流影响的基础上,通过分析分布式电源对配电网馈电线路保护、重合闸、备自投等方面的影响,提出含分布式电源配电网继电保护和安全自动装置的配置原则和要求,可为含高渗透分布式电源的配电网安全、可靠运行提供借鉴和参考。
Distributed generation has many advantages including high flexibility,low cost and loss,energy conservation and environmental protection. But there are many effects on short-circuit current and relay protection when distributed generation accessing distribution network. Based on the impact of distributed generation on power short circuit current,through analyzing the impact of protection,recloser and automatic switching of distribution network feeder line accessed by distributed generation,the configuration principles and requirements of distribution network including distributed generation are proposed.
