摘要
现有薄煤层采煤机在运行过程中,电缆夹板随采煤机来回随动拖拉。电缆夹板重叠高度会高出采煤机机面安装的拖缆装置,从而电缆夹板无法通过电缆托架,造成电缆夹憋卡,导致挤伤水管、电缆等事故。介绍一种拖缆装置,在电缆夹板的高度高于拖缆装置安装位置时,能够调整拖缆装置的高度,避免以上问题出现。该系统具有结构简单,容易实现,操作方便等优点。
Existing thin seam coal winning machine in the process of running, the cable clamp servo drag back and forth along with the machine. Cable clamp overlap height will be higher than that of coal mining machine machine installation of towing device, thereby cable clamp can't through the cable bracket, cable clamp suppress card, against water pipes, cables and other accidents. Introduces a towing device, at the height of the cable clamp is higher than the towing device is installed, can adjust the height of the towing device, to avoid the above problems. The system has simple structure, easy and convenient operation.
