基于“成果导向+行动学习”的移动通信技术专业课程体系构建与实践

摘要 互联网融合通信战略的实施急需大量移动通信技能型人才,对课程体系和人才培养模式的探索与改革势在必行。本文分析了当前高职移动通信技术专业培养的相关成果,结合成果导向+行动学习的教育理念,针对移动通信技术现有人才培养体系中能力培养不足的现状,准确定位移动通信专业培养目标,在人才培养体系、课程结构、实践教学、行动学习等方面进行教学改革,提高了人才培养质量。 The implementation of internet convergence communication strategy needs a large number of skilled talents for mobile communication in urgent. It is imperative to explore and reform the curriculum system and personnel training model. This paper analyzes on the related results of the current mobile communication technology specialty training in higher vocational. Combining with the education concept of result orientation & action learning, and aiming at the shortage of ability training in the existing talents training system for mobile communication, the training target of mobile communication technology specialty is located accurately, and the teaching reform is carried out from the talent cultivating system, curriculum structure, teaching practice, action learning and other aspects, to improve the quality of personnel training.
