摘要
以铜冶炼漂浮阳极泥为原料,研究碱性氧化浸出过程的NaOH浓度、液固比、反应温度、氧分压、搅拌速度等因素对As浸出率的影响规律,并确定了最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明,As的浸出率为93.4%,Cu的浸出率为6.1%,Sb的浸出率<4%,Bi的浸出率<7%,渣率为27.48%。Cu、Sb、Bi、Pb等在碱浸渣中的富集程度均达3倍以上,该工艺实现了有价金属Cu、Sb、Bi、Pb与As的分离。
Using copper as the raw material for floating anode slime, the effects of sodium hydroxide concentration, liquid -solid ratio, reaction temperature, oxygen pressure and stirring speed on the leaching rate of arsenic were studied, and the optimum technological conditions were determined. The results showed that the leaching rate of arsenic was 93.4%, the leaching rate of copper was 6.1%, the leaching rate of antimony was less than 4%, the leaching rate of bismuth was less than 7%, and the residue rate was 27.48%. The concentration of copper, antimony, bismuth and lead was more than 3 times. The separation of copper, antimony, bismuth and lead with arsenic was realized by alkaline oxidation leaching process.
