摘要
目的研究和探讨案例式教学在中医教学中的应用及对教学质量的影响。方法分析和探讨传统教学模式存在的不足和弊端,设计案例式教学模式的施行方案,比较我院两组(对照组和观察组各50例)采用不同教学模式的中医实习生的满意度和考核成绩,对教学质量和效果进行客观评估。结果案例式教学的观察组学生对中医教学的满意度为94.00%远高于对照组的66.00%,且考核成绩优于对照组,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义,对比具有参考价值。结论案例式教学模式的施行,能够充分调动学生的学习积极性和能动力,激发学习兴趣,拉近师生之间的距离和增加师生间的互动,提高教学质量和教学满意度,具有推广价值。
Objective To study and explore the application of case teaching in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine and its influence on teaching quality. Methods Analyze and discuss the problems and disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode, implementation of the program design of case teaching mode, two groups in our hospital(control group and observation group of 50 cases) with different teaching mode of traditional Chinese medicine intern satisfaction and performance evaluation, to evaluate the teaching quality and effect. Results The observation group students case teaching satisfaction to the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine is 94. 00% much higher than that of control group 66. 00%, and the performance is better than the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P〈0.05) in contrast with the reference value. Conclusion The case teaching mode implementation, can fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, to stimulate interest in learning, and closer interaction between teachers and students, improve teaching quality and teaching arrangement satisfaction, with wide application.
