摘要
面向智能制造人才培养的目标,基于OBE模式,从课程体系构建、四位一体的教学方法、面向学习结果的评估体系构建及师资队伍建设等四个方面阐述了新形势下的人才培养模式,力争破解当前制造业变革发展但人才培养相对滞后这一矛盾。
As for objectives of intelligent manufacturing personnel training, based on the OBE model, mode of talent training under the new situation is elaborated from four aspects, such as, construction of course system, integration of "four in one" teaching method, construction for evaluation based on the learning outcome and teaching staff, in order to break the contradiction for current manufacturing industry reform and development as well as the lag of talent cultivation.
