摘要
供应链环境下,优化生鲜农产品物流运作模式十分重要。以山东省为例,分析供应链环境下生鲜农产品物流运作模式,对供应链环境下的物流运作模式的优化进行探讨,并从缩短流通环节、加强市场监管力度、注重人才培养和技术的引进、加快信息化建设、加快生鲜电商物流的发展五个方面提出建议。
Under the environment of supply chain, it is very important how to optimize the lo-gistics operation mode of fresh agricultural products. This paper took Shandong province as an example to analyze the logistics operation mode of fresh agricultural products under the supply chain environment, discussed how to optimize the logistics operation mode, and put forward the implementation strategy from the five aspects： shortening the circulation links, strengthe-ning market oversight, accelerating the introduction of logistics professionals and advanced technology, speeding up information construction, accelerating the development of electrical business logistics of fresh agricultural products.
