教练式带教对实习护生掌握心脏监护技能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨教练式带教模式对心脏监护室实习护生专业水平的影响。方法选取90名实习护生随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用传统实习带教方式,观察组采用教练式带教模式。比较两组实习护生教学效果、综合能力及教学满意度。结果观察组专科理论、实践操作成绩明显高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自主学习能力、临床思维能力、动手能力、理论知识转化能力、沟通及合作能力明显高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对教学内容及方式满意度、对带教老师满意度,均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用教练式教学模式,可以有效提高心脏监护室实习护生教学效果,有助于培养实习护生的临床综合能力。 Objective To explore the effect of coaching teaching mode on professional skills of student nurses in cardiac care unit. Method A total of 90 student nurses were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45). Observation group accepted coaching teaching, and control group accepted traditional teaching. Student nurses in two groups were compared on teaching effect, comprehensive ability and satisfaction for teaching. Result Observation group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge and practice, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Observation group showed better ability of autonomic learning, clinical thinking, practical ability, theoretical knowledge transformation ability, communication and cooperation ability than control group, and the difference between the groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Satisfaction for teaching content and method and satisfaction for teachers were significantly higher in observation group than that in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Coaching teaching mode could effectively improve teaching effect of student nurses in cardiac care unit and develop comprehensive clinical ability.
