摘要
建立了基于顶空-气相色谱质谱法对油田化学助剂中挥发性有机氯化物的定性鉴定与定量检测方法。通过对市场上常用的水溶性油田化学助剂的定性鉴定分析,共鉴定出了25种挥发性有机氯化物;通过优化顶空孵化温度、孵化时间以及色谱升温程序,确立了25种挥发性有机氯化物的顶空-气相色谱质谱分析方法。在优化的分析条件下,25种挥发性有机氯化物浓度在1~1 000μg·L-1范围内,线性相关系数均大于0.995,检出限和定量限分别为0.278~2.000μg·kg^(-1)和0.926~6.667μg·kg^(-1)。采用该方法对水溶性油田化学助剂中的有机氯化物进行了定量测定,并对空白样品进行了不同浓度的加标实验,加标回收率均在85%~110%之间,进一步表明了该方法对水溶性油田化学助剂中挥发性有机氯定量测定的可靠性。
We developed a qualitative identification and quantitative determination method for volatile organochlorine compounds in oilfield chemical additive based on headspace-gas chromatography mass spectrometry(HS-GCMS).We identified 25 kinds of volatile organochlorine through qualitative identification of common water soluble oilfield chemical additive.By optimizing headspace incubation temperature,incubation time,and chromatographic temperature program,we established a headspace-gas chromatography mass spectrometry method for 25 kinds of volatile organochlorine.Under the optimized conditions,all linear correlation coefficients of 25 kinds of volatile organochlorine were more than 0.995 in the concentration range of 1~1 000μg·L^(-1),and the detection limits(LODs)and quantitation limits(LOQs)were 0.278~2.000μg·kg^(-1) and 0.926~6.667μg·kg^(-1),respectively.We quantitatively measured volatile organochlorine compounds in oilfield chemical additive by the method,and carried out recovery experiments for different concentrations of blank samples.The adding standard recoveries were all between 85% and 110%,which further showed that the reliability of the method for determination of volatile organochlorine compounds in oilfield chemical additive.
