摘要
目的研究对妊娠晚期孕妇实施远程胎心监护的重要性。方法选取2016年1~12月于我院接受诊治300例妊娠晚期孕妇纳入研究对象,按照胎心监护途径不同,分为研究组(n=150)与对照组(n=150),对照组孕妇于家中完成单纯胎动计数,且常规至医院接受胎心监护(NST),研究组孕妇在家中随时接受远程胎心监护,对比两组胎心监护结果以及新生儿预后。结果两组胎动异常率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组NST异常率27.17%、羊水异常率24.47%与脐带异常率14.79%,明显高于对照组18.48%、18.12%、7.61%(P<0.05);研究组新生儿预后良好率为92.67%,明显高于对照组76.00%(P<0.05)。结论采取远程胎心监护技术,能确保孕妇在家中享受良好胎儿监护,不仅给孕妇带来了方便,同时可及时发现问题,并采取有效处理措施,防止新生儿窒息,改善围产期质量,具有较高推广价值。
Objective To study the importance of remote fetal heart monitoring in pregnant women in the third trimester. Methods 300 pregnant women in the third trimester who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were included as research objects. They were divided into the study group (n=150) and the control group (n=150) according to the different methods of fetal heart monitoring. Pregnant women in the control group were used simple fetal movement counting at home and fetal heart non-stress test (NST) in the hospital. While pregnant women in the study group were received remote fetal heart monitoring at home at any time. Results of fetal heart monitoring and neonatal outcomes between two groups were compared. Results Difference in the abnormal rate of fetal movement of two groups was not significant (P 〉 0.05). Abnormal rate of NST, amniotic fluid and umbilical cord of the study group were 27.17%, 24.47% and 14.79% respectively, significantly higher than those of the control group 18.48%, 18.12% and 7.61% (P 〈 0.05). The good and excellent rate of neonatal prognosis in the study group was 92.67%, significantly higher than that in the control group 76.00% (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of remote fetal heart monitoring can ensure that women enjoy good fetal monitoring at home. It not only can benefit pregnant women but also timely find out problems. Therefore, effective measures can be taken to prevent neonatal asphyxia and improve perinatal quality. It is of higher popularization value.
