摘要
目的对SICU外来人员手卫生依从性现状进行调查分析,并采取综合干预措施,提高SICU外来人员手卫生的依从性。方法 2016年8月成立感控核心小组,2016年9月-10月选取每日进入SICU病房的外来人员,进行手卫生依从性和正确率的调查,并制定及实施一系列综合干预措施,2016年11月-12月调查实施效果,比较干预前后手卫生的依从性和正确率。结果干预前调查SICU外来人员手卫生时机1030个,手卫生执行例次为612个,依从率为59.40%,干预措施后调查手卫生时机1316个,手卫生执行例次为1049个,依从率为79.74%,干预前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前SICU外来人员手卫生正确率为65.69%,干预后正确率为84.37%,干预前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前患者家属的手卫生依从性为36.40%,正确率为27.80%,干预后分别为75.61%、73.65%,干预前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合干预措施可以提高SICU外来人员手卫生的依从性和正确率,并可通过霍桑效应间接提高ICU工作人员的手卫生依从性。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of hand hygiene compliance of SICU outsiders and take the comprehensive intervention measures so as to improve the hand hygiene compliance of the SICU outsiders.METHODS The infection control core team was established in Aug,2016,the outsiders who entered into the SICU everyday from Sep to Oct,2016 were enrolled in the study.The hand hygiene compliance and correct rate were investigated,a series of comprehensive intervention measures were formulated and carried out,the effects of the comprehensive intervention measures were investigated from Nov to Dec 2016,and the compliance and correct rate of hand hygiene were compared before and after the intervention.RESULTS A total of 1030 opportunities of hand hygiene of the SICU outsiders were investigated before the intervention,of which 612 carried out the hand hygine,with the compliance rate 59.40%;totally 1316 opportunities of hand hygiene were investigated after the intervention,of which 1049 carried out the hand hygiene,with the compliance rate 79.74%,and there was significant difference before and after the intervention（P〈0.05）.The correct rate of hand hygiene of the SICU outsiders was 65.69% before the intervention,84.37% after the intervention,and there was significant difference before and after the intervention（P〈0.05）.The hand hygiene compliance of the patients＇ family members was 36.40% before the intervention,75.61% after the intervention;the correct rate of hand hygiene of the patients＇ family members was 27.80% before the intervention,73.65% after the intervention,and there was significant difference before and after the intervention（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The comprehensive intervention measures may raise the compliance and correct rate of hand hygiene of the SICU outsiders and indirectly improve the hand hygiene compliance of the ICU staff through Hawthorne effect.
