摘要
实验室对检验检测人员管理及教育培训的关注与管控是《检验检测机构资质认定评审准则》中的重要内容,针对的是实验室检验检测人员的执业行为及能力。新版《检验检测机构资质认定评审准则》(2016版)已于2016年8月1日起施行。如何正确理解和运用新评审准则的相关要求,是各类高校实验室面临的一项新任务。高校实验室是高等院校实施教学、从事科学研究以及服务社会的重要场所,是培养大学生实践能力的主渠道。高校实验室已成为衡量学校实力和办学水平的显著标志之一。为此,高校实验室应具备与其从事教学与科研实验活动相适应的检验检测技术人员和管理人员,加强和改进高校实验室人员管理及教育培训工作具有十分重要的现实意义。
The concern and control of the management and training for inspection personnel of laboratory is the important content of the qualification assessment criteria for inspection institutions, which is aimed at the practice and ability of laboratory inspection personnel. The new Inspection and testing institutions accreditation criteria （2016 Edition） has been implemented since August 1, 2016. How to correctly understand and apply the relevant requirements of the new evaluation criteria is a new task faced by all kinds of university laboratories. The university laboratory is an important place for colleges and universities to carry out teaching, engage in scientific research and serve the society. The university laboratory has become one of the important signs to measure the strength of the school and the level of running a school. Therefore, university laboratory should have the personnel for inspection technology and management engaged in experimental teaching and scientific research activities. It is of important practical significance to strengthen and improve the university laboratory personnel management and training work.
