摘要
以三电平DC/DC电源转换为研究对象,分析对比拓扑结构。从模块化的工程应用角度,采用改进半桥型方案开发出三电平DC/DC标准功率模块,介绍其结构及屏柜组装方式,以满足功率组合即插即用,并适应分布式光伏发电、储能、电动汽车等多应用场景。分析目前技术规范和标准现状。基于交直流混合微电网的试验系统,阐述DC/DC模块在不同应用场景下的功能,并进行了试验验证。
Taking three-level DC/DC power conversion as the research object, this paper analyzes and compares topology structure. From the point view of modular engineering application, it develops three-level DC/DC standard power module based on improved half bridge type program, and introduces the structure and cabinet assembled way which can meet the power combination of plug and play and adapt to photovoltaic power generation, energy storage, electric vehicles and other application scene. The status of currently technology specification and standard is analyzed. The features of the DC/DC module in different application scenes are described and the experiments are carried out based on AC-DC hybrid microgrid test system.
