摘要
随着全面建设小康社会的不断推进,构建和谐社会、建设新农村的不断深入,农村计划生育的贯彻施行,以及老龄化问题的日益严重,长期处于社会保障边缘的农村养老制度日益凸显出其有待完善的一面。家庭养老效用减弱,新的养老模式还需完善,这种情况必须在下一步的发展中加以转变。妥善处理好农村的社会保障问题,关系到中国城镇化建设进程,关系到中国经济的健康持续快速发展。本文通过分析现存农村养老保障制度的现状及问题,然后尝试性给出建议与对策。

Family endowment effect weakened,the new model remains to be perfect, this kind of situation in the development of the next step must be change.Properly dealing with the rural social security problems,in relation to China＇s urbanization process,related to the sustained, rapid and healthy development of Chinese economy. In this article, through analysis of rural old-age security system present situation and existing problems, then tentative Suggestions and countermea-sures.
