摘要
建立了同时测定化妆品中7种含氮苯甲醚类化合物(邻氨基苯甲醚、间氨基苯甲醚、对氨基苯甲醚、2-硝基苯甲醚、3-硝基苯甲醚、4-硝基苯甲醚、3,3'-二甲氧基联苯胺)的液相色谱分析方法。样品用超纯水分散后以乙酸乙酯提取,经浓缩后,用PSA进行纯化,采用Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)分离。结果表明,7种含氮苯甲醚化合物在0.5~20.0 mg/L范围内的质量浓度与其响应之间线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.992;方法检出限(S/N=3)在9.3~23.5μg/L之间;在化妆水和眼影粉状样品中进行3个水平的添加实验,平均回收率为80.3%~119.9%,相对标准偏差(n=6)在3.4%~6.4%之间。实际样品检测表明本方法准确可靠,适用于化妆品中苯甲醚类化合物的同时测定。
A new method was developed for the simultaneous determination of seven nitrogen containing phenyl ethers[o - Anisidine, m - Anisidine, p - Anisidine, 2 - Nitroanisole, 3 - Nitroanisole, 4 - Nitroanisole, 3,3' - Dimethoxybenzidine (3,3' - DMBD)] in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The samples were dispersed in ultra - pure water and extracted with ethyl acetate. After concentration, the samples were purified with PSA. Finally, the samples were separated on a Diamonsil - C 18 column (250mm×4.6mm×5μm). The result indicated that seven analytes had good linear relationship (P 〉 0.992) at the concentrations of 0.05 - 20.0 mg/L. The detection limits of target compounds of this method (LODs, S/N=3) ranged from 9 to 230 μg/kg. The recoveries of seven nitrogen containing phenyl ethers were in the range of 80.3% to 119.9% at three spiked levels in samples of astringent and eye shadow, the relative standard deviations (RSDs, n = 6) ranged from 3.4% to 6.4%. The real sample analysis result showed that this accurate and precise method could be appropriate for simultaneous determination of seven nitrogen containing phenyl ethers in cosmetics.
