难选弱磁性铁矿石闪速(流态化)磁化焙烧成套技术开发与应用研究 被引量:17

Development and Application of Packaged Technology for Flash( Fluidization) Magnetizing Roasting of Refractory Weakly Magnetic Iron Ore

摘要 针对难选弱磁性菱铁矿、褐铁矿采用常规选矿方法不能有效分选的难题,进行了基础理论研究、成套技术与装置研发以及系统工程技术集成等,开发了高效处理难选弱磁性铁矿石的闪速磁化焙烧成套技术与装备,并在湖北黄梅建成了首个60万吨/年的产业化工程项目并稳定生产。原矿品位32.52%的菱(褐)铁混合矿,经闪速磁化焙烧处理后,工业生产可获得铁精矿品位57.52%、SiO_2含量4.76%、铁回收率90.24%的先进技术指标;原矿焙烧热耗31.22 kgce/t,产品铁精矿制造成本234.36元/吨,低于其它焙烧方法。该技术的推广应用前景十分广阔。 On account of processing inefficiency in conventional separation of refractory weakly magnetic iron ores such as siderite and limonite,a packaged technology and equipment for flash magnetizing roasting were developed for high-efficient beneficiation of refractory weakly magnetic iron ores,based on previous basic theoretical research,development of packaged technology and facilities,as well as researches on the systematical integration of engineering techniques. The first industrialization project with a handling capacity of 600 000 t/a was successfully constructed and put into operation in Huangmei of Hubei Province. A mixture of siderite and limonite with iron grade of 32.52% as the raw material,was subjected to the process of flash magnetizing roasting in the industrial production,resulting in 90.24%recovered into the iron concentrate grading 57. 52% Fe and containing 4. 76% SiO_2. The heat consumption for raw ore roasting is 31.22 kgce/t and the production cost is RMB $ 234. 36 Yuan/ton of iron concentrate,which is lower than other roasting method. The excellent performance and economic advantages indicate this packaged technology will have a wide application prospect.
