摘要
长江中下游地区东临大海,河网密布,湖泊成群,良好的水域结构铸就了优越的渔业生态环境。唐代长江中下游地区的渔业资源不胜枚举,海淡水品种一应俱全,大多数可作为食物和药材利用。渔业生产方式各种各样,捕捞方法繁多并积累了丰富的生产经验,养殖和栽培技术也取得了巨大的突破和创新。渔民阶层的兴起使得大量捕采到的渔业资源进入市场流通,这一方面推动了渔业生产的专业化,另一方面也促进了渔业生产的商品化,两者共同影响着唐代长江中下游地区渔业经济的发展。
The middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river facing the East China Sea, where are densely covered river network and lots of lakes. And there is a good water structure, formed superior fishery ecological environment. In Tang dynasty, there were countless fishery resources and all kinds of aquatic products, most of them can be used as food and medicine. At that time, there were numerous methods of production on fishery industry, catching method was various and accumulated rich experience in production. It has also made great breakthrough and innovation on aquaculture technique and cultivation technology. The rise of the fishermen class caught a large amount of fishery resources and put them into market circulation. On the one hand, it pushed the specialization of fishery industry; on the other hand, it also promoted the commercialization of fishery production, both of which influenced the development of fishery economy in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river in Tang dynasty.
