摘要
使用H00Cr21Ni10奥氏体不锈钢焊丝焊接304不锈钢,研究560℃条件下焊缝熔敷金属在仲钼酸铵煅烧气氛中的氧化行为,采用扫描电子显微镜观察样品表面及断面的氧化物形貌,采用EDS对氧化产物进行元素含量分析。结果表明:埋覆于仲钼酸铵内的焊缝熔敷金属样品(相当于回转管炉炉管中部)经72 h氧化,其表面氧化物为致密均匀的结晶颗粒,样品截面氧化层/合金界面处形成了一层致密的Cr_2O_3氧化膜,从而阻止了金属基体被继续侵蚀;置于仲钼酸铵表面的样品(相当于炉气排出口)的耐蚀性较差。
The 304 stainless steel was welded by using H00Cr21Nil0 austenitic stainless steel wire, and the oxidation behaviors of weld metal were studied in calcination atmosphere of ammonium paramolybdate at 560 ℃. The oxide morphologies on the surface and section of the samples were observed by SEM, and the oxide elements were analyzed by EDS. The results show that when the weld metal sample immersed in ammonium paramolybdate equivalent to the middle section of rotary furnace tube is oxidized for 72 h, the oxide on the sample surface is dense and uniform crystalline particles. A dense layer of Cr2O3 oxidation film between oxidation layer and alloy interface in the sample's secton is formed, which prevents the metal matrix being corroded. The sample placed on the surface of ammonium paramolybdate equivalent to the furnace gas outlet has poor corrosion resistance.
