摘要
目的本文通过对中山大学肿瘤专科医院西药房右丙亚胺超说明书用药进行统计分析,在一定程度上给予医生用药参考,指导临床上的合理用药,提高医疗上的安全性。方法 (1)调查西药房2013年12月—2014年3月右丙亚胺的使用处方,使用Word,Excel软件对性别、年龄、适应证病种及其用法等四项内容是否有超说明书用药情况进行统计分析。(2)在统计到的右丙亚胺366例使用处方中,挑选出诊断为乳腺癌的使用处方254例,再分别对每一例乳腺癌患者的门诊就诊情况进行统计,即使用Word、Excel软件对蒽环类药物及右丙亚胺的每日使用用量及使用时间进行统计,分析右丙亚胺与蒽环类药物联用是否有超说明书现象。结果右丙亚胺在肿瘤医院使用说明书内用药情况比说明书外用药情况要多,说明肿瘤医院的医师在开具处方时是一定依据和规范的。结论本院西药房右丙亚胺超说明书用药较为合理,根据调查到的数据分析和文献的支持,总体的用药情况趋于合理。
Objective To statistically analyze the off-label drug use prescription of dexrazoxane in dispensary for western medicine in our hospital and provide a certain medication reference for doctors thus guiding the clinical rational medication and improving the medical safety. Methods The use prescription of dexrazoxane from December, 2013 to March, 2014 in the dispensary for western medicine was surveyed and the gender, age, indications and dose were with off-label drug use or not was statistically analyzed by the Word and Excel software. Of the 366 cases, 254 cases of breast cancer were selected and the outpatient diagnosis situation of every breast cancer patients was counted, and daily dose and use time of dexrazoxane was counted by word and excel software, and whether the dexrazoxane and anthracyclines were with off-label drug use or not was analyzed. Results The in-label drug use of dexrazoxane in the tumor hospital was more than off-label drug use of it, which showed that issuing prescriptions of physicians in the tumor hospital should be based on a certain basis and standards. Conclusion The off-label drug use prescription of dexrazoxane in dispensary for western medicine is rational,and the total medication situation is rational according to the data analysis and literature support.
