摘要
采血人员与献血者之间进行良好的沟通能够减少矛盾和纠纷的发生,提高采血工作效率,提高采血工作的服务水平。进行良好的沟通是采血人员与献血者之间产生信任和支持的基础,因此,采血人员应该高度重视与献血者之间的沟通技巧,加强语言学习和提高自身的语言修养。要认识到进行沟通对于献血者的心理安慰的作用,努力学习和掌握语言沟通技巧,从而保证采血工作有效的开展。该文就采血站的工作人员如何与献血者进行有效的沟通展开分析和讨论。
The good communication between blood collection personnel and blood donors can reduce the occurrence of contradictions and disputes, improve the blood collection work efficacy and improve the blood collection service level, and the good communication is the basis of trust and support, therefore, the blood collection personnel should pay much attention to the communication skill and enhance the language learning and improve the language quality, in order to know the effect of communication on the mental comfort of blood donors, we should make effort to study and master the language communication skill thus ensuring the effective development of blood collection work, and the paper analyzes and discusses the effective communication of work staff in the blood station and blood donors.
